A handmade skirt constructed with deadstock velvet and contrasting striped tulle. Featuring a yoked waist band, and arched tulle inserts. The skirt's shape is supported by inner spiral steel boning in the lining for an ultra sharp look. Completed with a nickel zipper in the back seam.
